Project Warhorse: Rough Rider Miniatures Pledge Manager FAQ

If you're backing our project, we need to know where to ship your rewards. We also need to know what you want to receive. This pledge manager is how we collect that information. When the project is complete, we associate your pledge with your account and your selections are already ready already.

Shipping is computed on a flat-rate basis depending on where you're located in the world.

EU/UK: $20
US: $18
AU & NZ: $15
Rest of the World: $35

Physical Rewards will ship November 2023 or sooner. Our recent Halfling Sniper Kickstarter campaign was a highly successful test for a new solution to worldwide manufacture and shipping. Using the new technologies of 'Siocast' plastic and 3D printing, we were able to manufacture identical products simultaneously in three locations: USA, Netherlands and Australia. This means your Rough Rider miniatures will be manufactured, packed and shipped from a location as close to you as possible. Shipping is charged at a flat rate regardless of the size of the order, see table below.

Trenchworx USA: For many years their skilled team have manufactured and shipped Victoria Miniatures. They will be manufacturing and fulfilling the American and Canadian pledges.

De Tinnen Roos EU/UK: Expert Miniature makers in the Netherlands will be making master molds and fulfilling EU and UK pledges.

Aetherworks Australia: Their team in Sydney will be manufacturing and fulfilling Australian and New Zealand pledges.

This means you're here after the close of the pledge campaign and you're not an original backer, or you didn't get the email to associate your pledge with your pledge manager account. If you did not recieve this email, please let us know at admin@victoriaminiatures.com.

When you lock in your selections after the close of the campaign, you should recieve an email confirming that our system committed your selection. You can see your order history on the Order History page of the pledge manager.

Yes, this system is independent from that project. Users will need to register an account.

The pledge manager doesn't automatically associate your pledge with your account. You should have recieved an message with a pledge claim link sent to the email address associated with your account at kickstarter.com. If you did not recieve this email, please let us know at admin@victoriaminiatures.com.
